We’ve never burned a client domain. Anyone offering you 1,000 cold emails on day one off your real domain is doing it wrong.


Is cold email even legal?

In the US, CAN-SPAM allows it with three requirements: accurate sender info, clear unsubscribe, no deceptive subject lines. We follow all three. For EU prospects we apply GDPR (legitimate interest basis with opt-out). For state-specific rules (California, etc.) we apply the stricter standard.


How do you keep outreach from sounding like spam?

Three layers. First: real personalization (not “{{firstName}}, I saw your company {{companyName}}”). We use AI to research each prospect and write a relevant first line — actual humans on our team review samples. Second: short, plain, no-jargon copy that reads like a real person. Third: we run it past an editor before each campaign. If it sounds like AI-generated outreach, we rewrite it.


What’s a realistic meetings-booked number for our business?

Depends on (a) your average deal size, (b) your offer clarity, and (c) the size of your ICP. Rough rule: B2B SMBs with a 5-figure deal size and a defined ICP see 5–15 meetings/month at our starter tier. Bigger deals (six-figure) usually book fewer but better.
