Will my customers know they’re talking to AI?
Best practice — and increasingly the law — is yes, you should disclose it. Our chatbots and voice agents disclose AI politely upfront (“Hi, I’m Steven, your AI assistant — happy to help or get you to a human anytime”). What we work on is making the experience so smooth that customers don’t care.

What happens when the AI gets it wrong?
